TERMS OF SERVICE

✦You are allowed to make revisions of the sketch. After that I will not allow any MAJOR revisions (a total change of the design) but smaller revisions such as colours are allowed. Add ons such as ears and such during this phase will cost more.✦I am allowed to use the art as a commission sample.✦Please DO NOT edit my art, this includes and not limited to adding extra things to the art or changing things up or modifying the art.✦If you bought a design ref sheet to be used as a Vtuber ref DO NOT cut it up and turn it into a Vtuber model. This counts as editing my art without permission, even if it is bought commercially I only sold you the design and not a model.✦These are digital items, not physical so no shipping required.✦All prices in USD.✦No refunds or chargebacks.✦In the middle of a commission I am allowed to cancel the project. After the full refund you can not take the images/progress shots from the DMs to use for commercial or personal purposes
(I will also not be sending the actual files to you).✦No cancellations in a middle of a project unless you are happy with being charged a fee for cancelations.✦Credit me when using my art.✦Do not sell or resell my art UNLESS we discuss about it. (vtuber models read below).
Do not use my art on merchandise to sell or gain profit from (not to use for streaming and videos either unless it is for commercial purposes).
BUT social media posting to twitter or Instagram is OK!✦Payment is upfront via a paypal invoice.✦Please do not rush me. I will try to give you as much updates as I can, I have a life out of art as well, this is not my full time job.✦Breach of TOS will strip you of your rights to use/own my art as well as no refund will be provided.

MORE TOS TO READ IF YOU PLAN TO GET A VTUBER MODEL:✦Modification terms for vtuber models:
No adding or editing textures to the PSD. Examples such as and not limited to outfits,expressions, colour changing and etc. the modifications will have to be done by myself. Please understand this term has been added because there are many add ons that are not suitable for my art. I value my art and the quality that I distribute to my commissioners.Expressions made by the rigger without adding more things to the PSD is allowed even without asking me. (If in doubt of what is allowed please ask your rigger to contact me).✦Clothing for the vtuber model that is not drawn by me onto my models are not allowed. I want the art to be cohesive and the style to be consistent.

✦What u can do is Rig the model in live2D or use as edits in in moving videos. You are allowed use assets other artists have made, as long as it does not change the texture of the actual model it is fine.✦You CAN sell your finished Vtuber model if you do not want to use it anymore BUT you cannot sell it for more than 70% of what you got it for.✦After the first sketch is done u will get 4 revisions. Any revisions that I deem as major such as a big change to the outfit or hair or etc will be charged $20+ per revision depending on how large the change is. I prefer to change things during the sketching phase rather than later on.✦Vtuber models can be use for monetisation to gain money from such as streaming and to make videos.
